We have a great opportunity for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Clinic. You will provide care using the UW AIMS Collaborate Care service model to patients in Kitsap and Mason county Primary Care locations. As a core member of your patient’s Collaborative Care team, you will collaborate with their Primary Care Provider (PCP), Counselors, and other Social Workers in our medical group.


You enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. In your career as Social Worker, you excel in quickly establishing trust with your patients and colleagues. You also understand the importance of cultural sensitivity and apply it when caring for your patients and/or connecting with their families and caregivers.

  • Collaborate with PCPs to deliver effective biopsychosocial treatment plans
  • Collect and analyze data formulate treatment plans with positive outcomes
  • Remain calm in crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions as needed
  • Clear and thorough documentation of diagnosis, treatment plans, and results


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from accredited Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) program
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license active in Washington state
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Two (2) years of experience in Behavioral Health
