  • Collaborate with PCPs to deliver effective biopsychosocial treatment plans
  • Collect and analyze data formulate treatment plans with positive outcomes
  • Remain calm in crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions as needed
  • Clear and thorough documentation of diagnosis, treatment plans, and results


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from accredited Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) program
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license active in Washington state
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Two (2) years of experience in Behavioral Health
