Serving central North Dakota since 1916, the Carrington location includes a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, Level V Trauma Center, rural health clinic and outpatient services. Clinic patients can also be seen in the New Rockford, ND, clinic location for convenient care.

Responsibilities

The cook is responsible for preparing and serving high quality, nutritious meals according to the approved menus; practicing sanitary methods of food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent education is preferred. Preference is given to persons with education/training in quantitity cooking and therapeutic diets.

Minimum of one (1) year in healthcare food service setting is desired.

PREFERRED: One (1) year experience in a healthcare food service setting is desired.
