Biomedical Equipment Tech II

What You’ll Do

As a Biomedical Equipment Technician II, you will join our in-house Clinical Engineering team comprised of multiple levels of Biomed and Field Service Technicians, led by a nation-wide network of Managers, Directors, and VP’s.  You will also partner with some of our nation’s top clinical talent at the local hospital to ensure the best patient care and drive satisfaction through service. You will provide routine medical equipment repair, maintenance, and safety testing. Assist in ordering parts and supplies and complete all necessary record keeping for work orders.

This role matters because you will have a direct impact on patient care and satisfaction by ensuring all hospital medical equipment is functioning perfectly. Providing routine equipment repair, preventative maintenance, and safety testing in our hospitals keeps the medical treatment and diagnostic equipment functioning optimally so that our clinical and direct patient care teams can provide the best patient care possible.

• Associate’s Degree in related field, or military biomed training, or graduate of technical program, or 3 years’ experience servicing technical equipment required
• CBET preferred
