Position Summary:  


As the Franciscan Medical Group (FMG) Director of Urgent Cares you will report directly to the VP of Operations.  You will be responsible for planning, directing and evaluating the systems, programs and provision of services associated with FMG Urgent Care facilities.  You will have oversite of multiple clinic sites and direct the daily operations through your subordinate leadership team to ensure consistent performance/integration of patient care processes across the continuum of care.  You will be responsible for the effective utilization of clinical resources, patient safety, relationships with clinical providers and achieving desired clinical and financial outcomes for your clinics.  As the Director, developing/managing/evaluating the operations/capital budget for your clinics will fall under your oversight.  Quality and standards of care are a critical component of this position.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business/healthcare administration or a related discipline
  • Seven years of progressively responsible of operational/clinical work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities
  • Five years of experience in management/leadership capacity.
  • Work experience in an urgent care and/or consumer access setting is required.
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Flexible attitude that supports working in a changing environment.
  • Ability to lead teams that are based in different physical locations
