As the Division TA Manager, you will oversee a passionate team of Sr. Recruiters, Recruiters, and Coordinators. You will play an integral role in staffing our hospitals in the Nebraska and southeast Iowa division. You will develop and manage a high-performing team responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting from the application process, through the interview, selection, offer, and onboarding. You will coach your team on hiring best practices, build relationships with our local Operational and Executive Leaders, and will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify innovative recruitment strategies across our division. You will guide the team in filling more than 4,000 positions annually, support over 16 hospitals, two stand-alone behavioral health facilities, and more than 150 clinics.
As a leader, you will advance your career by providing mentorship and use data to inform and implement recruitment strategies. You will rarely have the same day twice, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your communication is thorough, adding value to the recruitment team and your operational leaders. You position the team to do their best work by identifying process improvements and elevating our attract strategies.
You have a talent for planning, coordinating and delivering, recruitment strategies. You have the ability to think critically, creatively, and unconventionally when necessary. Project management is a natural talent as you will coordinate plans between recruitment, leadership, and COE while driving towards our shared goals. Critical thinking, analyzing data, and a sense of urgency attribute to your success.
