As the Division TA Manager, you will oversee a passionate team of Sr. Recruiters, Recruiters, and Coordinators. You will play an integral role in staffing our hospitals in the Nebraska and southeast Iowa division.  You will develop and manage a high-performing team responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting from the application process, through the interview, selection, offer, and onboarding.  You will coach your team on hiring best practices, build relationships with our local Operational and Executive Leaders, and will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify innovative recruitment strategies across our division. You will guide the team in filling more than 4,000 positions annually, support over 16 hospitals, two stand-alone behavioral health facilities, and more than 150 clinics.

Project management is a natural talent as you will coordinate plans between recruitment, leadership, and COE while driving towards our shared goals. Responsibilities

Expectations:

  • Create and implement programs to increase candidate pipeline for critical positions; leveraging effective use of social media, data, and workflow management as a part of our recruitment strategy
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with operation leaders, the recruitment team, and the COE by understanding objectives and providing solutions to talent needs
  • Manage talent acquisition team performance, including team structure, assignments/organization and department goals, discipline, and development while modeling behavior and support of organization policies, procedures, standards of conduct, mission, vision, and core values
  • Provide senior management with required metrics, data, and analyses of recruiting analytics to address recruitment challenges quickly
  • Demonstrates knowledge of ATS (ICIMS), social media, sourcing tools, and employment law (ex. EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) years of relevant experience OR combination of education and/or relevant experience that demonstrates the required knowledge skills and abilities
  • Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in recruitment. 
  • Two (2) years of leadership experience that includes mentoring others, being regarded as a TA subject matter expert and/or leading recruitment initiatives.
