What You'll Do

Develops and guides the vision and practical application of marketing analytics and consumer insights alongside our System Director and the National Marketing team. This is an independent contributor role responsible for performing technical analysis and implementation of analytics solutions using state-of-the-art technologies and diving into complex data sets across a variety of data types and systems. This position will help develop and realize the roadmap for marketing analytics across the enterprise, including the delivery of predictive solutions and advanced statistical analysis.


Make the biggest impact by meeting these requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Computer Science, machine learning, data science, statistics, physics and/or engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Collaborates with data teams within and outside the marketing function to create and use complex data and advanced modeling to tell a compelling story to the leadership team
  • Supports National and Division marketing teams through data analytics, digital campaign reporting, and marketing insights utilizing tools and technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Neustar DMP, MMM, MTA, and data visualization platforms.
  • Manages analytics, dashboards, reporting, insights & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversees the data needs of our Marketing Data Hub, CRM and MarTech stack, including hands on data mining, data cleansing, and data transformation
  • Works with large, complex data sets to glean the insights needed to support the build out of personalized consumer experience that increase conversion and build loyalty
  • Performs advanced statistical analysis and modeling for marketing efforts
  • The perfect blend of a deep analytical mind that can translate that data into a meaningful story and data set for leadeship to make critical business decisions







Minimum Qualifications


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.  Advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in consumer analytics
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience with SQL, and one or more enterprise-level programming languages
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience based cloud systems
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience with large (terabytes) event level datasets 

Licensure and Certifications

  • Adobe Analytics certification a plus
