As a MDS Coordinator you will be responsible resident MDS and LTCMI assessments, leading Care Plan team, developing, implementing care plan for residents and communicating with resident's family regarding their status.  Fiscal responsibilities include monitoring MCR billing and MDS levels for accuracy. 





Required: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a current license in good standing as a vocational nurse by the State of Texas
Preferred: BSN



Required: Licensed by Texas State Board of Nursing

Preferred: Mimimum 1 year LTC Experience


Required: Licensed by Texas State Board of Nursing

Preferred: MDS/LTCMI training and competency
