CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas has a full-time opportunity for a CMA to join our team in North Little Rock. We are a cardiology specialty clinic with 7 physicians and 2 midlevel providers. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will focus on caring for our patients in our newly renovated outpatient clinic.

This is a great opportunity to join a cohesive, family-oriented team.  Our clinic offers great work hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm) and flexibility!  We also offer tuition reimbursement for anyone that is interested in going back to school.

  • Support and maintain patient flow to reduce patient wait times during clinic
  • Efficiently manage time by prioritizing each patients’ needs
  • Return/ Direct patient phone calls
  • Record/ verify medical records such as medical histories, medication reconciliations, and vital signs
  • Coordinate with hospital admissions and laboratory services
  • Diagnostic Testing: EKGs, Stress Echos, Lab, Nuclear Medicine
  • Assist clinic RN staff as needed


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant from an accredited program


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in acute care or cardiology preferred but not required
