  • Attend morning rounds with Dr. Krisht, and fellows as needed
  • Help with rounds during weekends as needed.
  • Assist Dr. Krisht during his surgeries some of which are high complexity cranial operations. The surgeries are demanding for a significant amount of concentration and continuity.
  • Needs to have a flexible schedule in case help is needed on weekends to assist with emergent complex cases in the OR.
  • Help with educational workshops whether in the OR or in the cadaver dissection lab. These workshops are sometimes held on the weekend.
  • Attend to cost saving measures for operations.
  • Help with pre-op planning as it relates to the most efficient plans for next day schedule.
  • Coordinate with the anesthesia team the availability of staffing for different surgeries during the day in order to help expedite the smooth turnover in an efficient way to cut down on waste of time between cases.


Minimum Qualifications:

▪Current RN license issued by the State of Arkansas

▪Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing (BSN)

▪Must have current BLS upon hire, PALS and ACLS within 6 months of hire.
