As the Senior Data Engineer at CommonSpirit, you’ll be the highest level of tech talent responsible for configuring and managing the data repository for Payer Strategy & Relationships. Our PSR Analysts and Innovation leaders will lean on your big data processing skills to optimize operations and drive future business decisions.
This senior level role serves as both the lead for our data engineering team and CommonSpirit’s price transparency team. You’ll maintain the data warehouse- ensuring data is accurate and comprehensive and SQL servers function at optimal capacity. You will also create and develop ETL pipelines and dimensional design of table structures for transformative price transparency data files supporting all hospitals operated under CommonSpirit Health.
Your success in this role comes from your experience in structuring complex datasets from multiple sources into a single source of truth. You also have previous experience in the healthcare industry managing and reporting on complex data related to revenue cycle, payer claims and billing requirements. It also comes from your ability to shift your focus at a moment's notice. Your technical skills include a mix of programming languages and familiarity with a variety of big data tools.
As a remote employee, we will provide you with the equipment needed to work from home including a laptop, docking station, dual monitors, and accessories. We also reimburse you for monthly internet and phone expenses.

Compensation Range: $51.66 to $67.16, hourly rates, annualized.

Your compensation package includes an estimated salary range between $107K to $139K + annual bonus eligibility.
