  •  Serves as the technical expert and vendor liaison for the Customer Relations Management system
    (CRM) and primary contact to Information Technology to ensure integration with student
    information system.
  • Collaborating with the Admissions and Marketing offices, advances potential students through the
    enrollment funnel utilizing the CRM using local and national best practices and trends.
  • Serves as the resource expert for end users by facilitating content management system (CMS)
    training, guidance and resolving issues for end users.
  • Ensures data integrity of student data throughout the enrollment process by monitoring data entry
    and performing audits to resolve discrepancies.
  • Develops and generates reporting mechanisms for cross campus use.
  • Researches new technologies and recommends changes and enhancements in technology
  • Designs responsive e-mail templates, A/B tests landing pages and multi-step communication
    workflows within the CRM.
  • Recommends appropriate adjustments in marketing strategies to maximize their effectiveness by
    collaborating with the Marketing office and external vendors.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in process and/or project management.
  • Proficient oral, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of individuals and teams, including vendor relations
    and management.
  • Knowledge of student recruiting in higher education preferred.
  • Knowledge of databases, forms and queries preferred.
  • Experience in customer relations systems or student information systems preferred.
  • Experience in higher education preferred.
