CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Part Time Charge RN to join the Medical Surgical Team!
Looking for a Charge RN who believes in the power of #humankindess. RNs with CHI St. Alexius function as a vital member of the healthcare team who contributes to the success by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork. This individual will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families.

Education: Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state.
Experience: At least two (2) years clinical experience within specialty area preferred.
Skills: Demonstrates ability to organize personnel assignments and activities for others for the overall benefit of the unit. Working knowledge of clinical skills in delivery of patient care. Demonstrates proficiency in unit and the ability to function efficiently during crisis. Basic Life Support Certification within the orientation period and meets re-certification as required.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities are necessary because of the constant communication, both oral and written, with patients, families, visitors, and medical center staff. Accountable for own conduct and promotes and supports positive working relationships among staff, between other disciplines, departments, families, visitors, and patients. Maintains confidentiality.
