Overview

Incentives offered for full time employees: Sign on bonus eligible (up to $15,000 depending on years of experience).

Cardiac RNs with CHI St Vincent have a variety of skills from clinical to project management. Responsibilities

  • Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity patients 
  • Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical or emergency situations
  • Medication evaluation, administration, and education specific to the patient’s custom care plan
  • Facilitate education to patients and caregivers concerning condition, treatment plan, and prevention (if appropriate) 
  • Actively participate in decisions affecting your practice environment for excellence in delivering quality care to patients in intensive care

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Nursing from accredited nursing program or Associates Degree in Nursing required
  • Active Registered Nurse Licensure in Arkansas or eNLC licensure with multistate privileges in good standing with the Arkansas Board of Nursing. License must be unencumbered. 
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Previous nursing experience in cardiology or acute care medical surgical
