This entry-level role offers an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise and grow within a supportive environment. You'll work with a diverse patient population, using your skills to improve their disease and condition management through tailored nutrition plans.

 

In this vital role, you will:

  • Assess & Diagnose: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using recognized tools, identifying patients at risk and driving nutrition-related diagnoses.
  • Implement & Educate: Develop and implement targeted nutrition interventions, providing personalized education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers. You'll continuously monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate for Care: Work seamlessly within our interdisciplinary team, contributing to overall patient care strategies and facilitating optimal outcomes.
  • Optimize Nutrition Plans: Create unique intervention plans, including feeding routes and nutrition prescriptions, and meticulously monitor patient response against measurable goals.
  • Enhance Patient Experience: Collaborate with our Food and Nutrition Services team, participating in menu reviews, ensuring diet order accuracy, and upholding exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors Degree with completion of accredited dietitian program
    (ACEND - Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition Dietetics.)

Licensure

  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on
    Dietetic Registration (CDR). Valid dietitian licensure as required by
    state.
