Are you a passionate and driven Pharmacist ready to significantly impact patient outcomes? Join our collaborative team and play a pivotal role in optimizing pharmaceutical services and drug distribution!

We're seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist who values respectful patient care and cost-effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise across all phases of pharmaceutical services.

 

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Optimize Drug Therapy: Monitor drug therapy, assess medication orders for appropriateness (dose, frequency, interactions), and actively participate in renal dosing and pharmacokinetic monitoring.
  • Enhance Clinical Initiatives: Engage in managing TPN (adult, neonatal/pediatric), anticoagulant services, pain management, and IV to PO switch programs. Provide critical support for microbiology cultures.
  • Ensure Safety & Education: Contribute to drug information and ADR/Med Error reporting, making recommendations for improved medication use safety. Educate and counsel patients on their drug regimens.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Actively participate in formulary management, developing monographs, presenting to the P&T Committee, and contributing to policy and standardized order set development.
  • Lead & Mentor: Maintain professionalism, serve as a preceptor for students/residents, and contribute to staff development and clinical research.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of a College of Pharmacy with a minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree in Pharmacy. 

Licensure: Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of North Dakota in good standing.
