Required Special Skills:
Multi-facility leadership oversight with exceptional planning and organizational skills, sound judgment and ability to balance
numerous diverse assignments simultaneously.
Demonstrated Employee Health experience with a working knowledge of CDC guidelines, OSHA guidelines, regulatory
requirements and federal/state/local laws for Employee Health.
Proactive problem solving, procedure and process improvement, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
procedure and process improvement.
Exceptional computer skills and competencies in day to day use to include but not limited to Google Workspace, Microsoft Office,
Zoom, etc.
Public speaking and professional presentation skills.
