About this Position

In keeping with the CommonSpirit Health core values, the Surgical Technologist I is to function as a team member during the preoperative, intra-operative and postoperative phases of the surgical procedure.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist training school or Surgical Technologist training program in the OR.
  • Completion of a clinical internship rotation as part of a technologist training program.
  • Above average performance rating upon completion of a clinical internship rotation; and, Completion of Surgical Technologist certification within six (6) months of graduation from Surgical Technologist training school or Surgical Technologist training program.
  • CPR - BLS certification required.
  • CST or TS-C - Surgical Technologist certification required.
