The Wellness Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) is a key member of our collaborative healthcare team, specializing in proactive and preventive care for our Medicare patient population. This role involves conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs), developing personalized care plans, and serving as a patient advocate to empower our patients to live their healthiest, most joyful lives. The ideal candidate is an outgoing and compassionate professional who thrives in a team-oriented, low-stress environment.
