CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North

Dakota.

Work Agreement:

• Shift: 12 hour shifts
• Weekend Rotation: None
• Holiday Rotation: None
• On-Call Expectations: None

What We're Looking For (Your Superpowers!):

• Education: A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred – we love nurses who are committed to advanced learning!
• Licensure: Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Experience: While we empower new grads with incredible starting wages, we especially value those with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty area.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire).
• Skills That Shine: Exceptional organizational skills, strong clinical acumen, adaptability, and the ability to inspire confidence and collaboration.
• Heart & Soul: A deep-seated belief in #humankindness and an unwavering commitment to patient-focused care.
