Under the oversight of a Certified Vascular Sonographer provides direct patient care performing a variety of vascular and venous interventional ultrasound procedures.

Minimum

• One year of adult vascular ultrasound experience
• Experience in venous intervention and peripheral vascular procedures
• Completion of a vascular program
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
• Eligible to sit for Registered Vascular Sonographer Certification (RVT) within 6 months of Hire
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows

Preferred 

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred
• Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVT) Certification
• Ultrasound experience in Vein Center/Vascular Center
