We have a new per diem hybrid remote clinic RN position available with our Primary Care (Patient Outreach) clinic. This is a day shift position. Monday-Friday variable schedule, Hours are 8am-5pm variable. This position would require some onsite orientation and training in Seattle at the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health campus..
The Primary Care Outpatient RN will provide skilled comprehensive patient assessment, triage, education and coordination of healthcare and community resources for patients via telephone or other technological means. This professional telehealth registered nurse assesses/analyzes patient needs, identifies expected outcomes, collaborates, and communicates strategies with the patient to develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care.
This RN position will primarily reside in Juneau Alaska. This RN would need to have both an Alaska and WA RN license.
In this exciting new position, the RN will be in the clinic tele-presenting a specialty provider for our Alaska patients. The RN will be working on site in the Juneau clinic once a week.

Current Washington State and Alaska licensure as an RN - CPR certification is required every two years - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing - Strong patient assessment skills, ability to work collaboratively in team setting, Current working knowledge of electronic medical records.
