Overview

Hello humankindness Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed physician group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 200 providers and 500 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 subspecialty services. The physicians provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles.DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrows healthcare providers. DHMG has 84 medical school students and approximately 200 residents and fellows throughout the 25 academic programs. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students. Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination of daily clinical operations. Responsible for regulatory compliance and maintains a safe work environment which matches appropriate resources to appropriate patient care tasks. Responsible for maintaining patient focused care as measured by patient satisfaction survey. Responsible for assuring all clinical personnel is working within their scope of practice.

 

  • Demonstrates a high level of clinical competence in providing leadership in coordination of care.
  • Directs a team to assist with procedures monitors patients and provides appropriate follow-up care.
  • Coordinates the care of patients through appropriate triage. Coordinates open access, test verification and follow-up systems, referrals and appropriate documentation.
  • Collaborates with staff, families, residents and physicians regarding patient's needs and actively participates in process improvement. Develops and monitors patient education materials.
  • Assists Medical Director and Manager to improve clinical efficiencies by enhances customer service and implementing employee retention strategies.
  • Provides comprehensive, safe and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the
    patient.

 

Qualifications

MINIMUM

Associates Degree Completion of RN program

Three years nursing experience

AZ RN license

American Heart Association BCLS certification

 

PREFERRED

BSN

Experience in assigned area 
Office or clinic experience 
Previous management or supervisory experience 

Bilingual skills
