As a Manager of Business Development with American-Mercy Home Care, you will serve as a field-based business development representative, helping to maintain and grow current market share and identify new sources of business. Other responsibilities include:
Meets or exceed established monthly admission target(s) as provided by their supervisor and determined by the branch monthly budget.
Responsible for census development through the implementation of external and internal sales, marketing, customer relations programs with both existing and new accounts.
Maintains up-to-date information as needed on specifically assigned competitors, including pricing, census, product information and marketing strategies.
Responsible for maintaining the territory management system and technical aspects of sales tracking and territory management programs and provides IT sales support as needed.
