Licensed Vocational Nurses under the direction of a Registered Nurse assesses patient/family health problems and resources. Assists in the development implementation and outcomes the evaluation of a plan for nursing care provided by the nursing team. Provides technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations. This position requires providing care and/or service to a critically through acutely ill adult and geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and/or developmental age of the individual served.
