St Joseph Medical Center is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our Environmental Services team as Hospital Environmental Services Technicians. In this vital role, you'll play a key part in maintaining a healthy and comfortable environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

What you'll do:

As a Hospital Environmental Services Technician, you'll contribute to a clean and safe hospital environment by performing a variety of cleaning and linen services tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning: Dusting, disinfecting, and cleaning patient rooms, offices, hallways, bathrooms, operating rooms, and other areas of the hospital. This may involve using various cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Linen Services: Handling clean and soiled linen, including unloading carts, stocking supplies, and removing soiled linens. You may also assist with linen distribution.
• Waste Management: Safe and proper disposal of regular and infectious waste.
• Equipment Maintenance: Keeping cleaning equipment and supplies organized and in good working order.
• Safety: Following all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to infection control procedures.
