CHI Lisbon Health is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24 hour Emergency Level V Trauma Center. The hospital is part of a larger family of quality healthcare facilities and part of the Midwest Division of CommonSpirit Health. CHI Lisbon Health was originally known as Community Memorial Hospital, which opened it’s doors on February 1, 1952. Job Summary:
The Vice President Patient Care Services (VP PCS) drives the fulfillment of the hospital's mission and vision by strategically planning, organizing, and directing resources within assigned operational areas. This role fosters ethical management, builds strong relationships with physicians and employees, and collaborates with key stakeholders to achieve optimal patient experience, physician engagement, and staff engagement. The VP PCS maintains direct operational responsibility for specific departments and programs, a matrix management responsibility for all nursing care areas, and provides consultative services for service lines to advance strategic objectives.
