Position Summary:

Performs a large variety of routine and complex tasks in the laboratory as requested by supervisor. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values.

Minimum:

• Current California CPT license required. or within ninety days of employment obtain the Phlebotomy certfication course approved by the State of California.
• BLS certified through the American Heart Association

Preferred:

• Any phlebotomist work hospital experiene preferred.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant or Lab Assistant school preferred.
• High School graduate or GED.
