Franciscan Medical Group, as part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is currently seeking a part time (0.8TE) Sonographer for our Franciscan Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic in Tacoma, WA. Come join our expanding MFM team, with multiple locations this position is responsible for supporting our rotating provider assignment caring for our diverse patient clientele. Our Sonographers work hand in hand with our providers, assist in procedures and are a primary focus for patient interactions. Occasional weekends however no organizationally recognized holidays required.
Job Summary:
This job is responsible for performing obstetrical and gynecologic ultrasound examinations at a technical level in accordance with department protocols and applicable regulatory requirements. An incumbent assumes responsibility for the safe, efficient and proper operation of ultrasound equipment.
