Nestled in the heart of East Sacramento Dignity Health Mercy General Hospital is a 313 bed acute care facility that provides a wide range of services with special advocacy for the poor and underserved. Mercy General is home to the nationally ranked Alex G. Spanos Heart & Vascular Institute. Responsible for leading, planning, directing, monitoring and improving the overall performance for assigned clinics to achieve excellence in the delivery of daily operations. Engages staff and cultivate a
positive clinics culture that prioritizes human kindness and patient-centric care. Accountable for operational, financial, clinical, quality, and business development activities across multiple disciplines.

Skills:

• Knowledge of the requirements forproviding care and supervision appropriateto the residents; knowledge of and ability to conform to the applicable laws, rules and regulations as set out by the licensing agency
• Ability to direct others; ability to maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records
• Knowledge of ancillary services such as nursing, social and recreational activities, housekeeping, dietary and supporting services. Ability to plan and coordinate all management functions
• Ability to interpret and implement Board policies and regulations, exercising prudent judgement and initiative
• Ability to maintain good working relatoinships with Board members, staff, residents, their families and the public

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree - Gerontology, business or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field. Minimum of three (3) years management experience
• RCFE required
