As an RN Per Diem-Emergency Department Nurse at Community Hospital of San Bernardino now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health you’ll be the first touchpoint to the people in our community during health emergencies.
To thrive as an ER nurse you should exhibit teamwork professionalism critical thinking skills and a willingness to take on additional projects such as patient experience initiatives. More than anything you should be energetic and motivated to provide quality care to all of our patients maintaining their dignity at every step
Per Diem I $70.5214/hour – Has at least two years of RN experience and must agree to work:
1 major holiday per calendar year , (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day)
1 minor holiday per calendar year, (Memorial Day, July 4th or Labor Day)
6 shifts per 6 week period and 2 of which shall be weekend shifts per 6 week period.
Per Diem II $74.0434/hour – Has at least two years of RN experience and must agree to work:
1 major holiday, (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Day)
2 minor holidays, (Memorial Day, July 4th or Labor Day)
9 shifts per 6 week period and 3 of which shall be weekend shifts per 6 week period.
