Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Physical Therapist, you will help neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients receive high-quality physical therapy care so they can achieve their treatment goals, improve their physical function, and enhance their overall well-being.

 

Every day you will provide direct patient care across various age groups, meet established productivity standards, and ensure meticulous documentation of all care provided and communication efforts.

 

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate advanced competency in patient care for all age groups, possess strong organizational skills to manage documentation and utilization, and effectively coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Meet discipline-specific productivity standards consistently.
  • Complete and submit comprehensive documentation following established guidelines and evaluation tools.
  • Ensure physician orders are present and written correctly, with appropriate follow-up on identified problems.
  • Review and meticulously document clinical progress toward patient goals.
  • Demonstrate coordination of care through appropriate communication with other disciplines and team members, documenting all such communication.
  • Document appropriate management of visit utilization and authorization status, meeting agency and regulatory requirements for patient care and supervisory visits.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Two (2) Years Of Experience In A Health Care Setting
  • Active California license to practice Physical Therapy
  • Current Driver's License: California
  • Auto Insurance
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
