The Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, and selection of new employees and internal applicants for assigned areas of responsibility. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment process for healthcare professionals from sourcing and screening to final placement. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare staffing needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the right fit for every position, providing a seamless experience for both candidates and the organization.
