• 2-4 years of institutional food service experience.
• High School Diploma. 
• Ability to read write and speak English.

Preferred/Desired:

• Cooking in a production environment with consideration of special diets is highly desired.
• Serve Safe Certification.
• Graduation from an accredited Culinary school.
• Knowledge of diets.
• Ability to calculate and scale recipes.
