Under the direct supervision of the agency Director, the Hospice Spiritual Care Provider is responsible for providing spiritual/bereavement care to hospice clients, families, staff and volunteers.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Education appropriate for spiritual care provider. Experience providing bereavement support.
Completion of pastoral care and bereavement program training.
CPR Certification
Must have valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance according to company policy
Preferred
Working knowledge of spiritual assessment and intervention to support patient and family. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
