This role is responsible for coordinating total patient care, utilizing strong clinical judgment and a deep understanding of growth and development principles to meet age-specific needs and health goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on patient condition and individual needs.
• Interpret clinical data to support sound decision-making and timely interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
• Adhere to established hospital policies and procedures while actively supporting quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a healing environment that reflects the mission and core values of St. Bernardine Medical Center.

• Prefer one (1) year of experience in the area of specialty
• Current California RN License 
• AHA-BLS (Basic Life Support)
• AHA-ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
