Responsibilities

REGISTERED NURSE - Home Health & Hospice...Your time at work should be fulfilling. Rewarding. Inspiring. That’s what you’ll find when you join CHI Home Health and Hospice. Experience the opportunity to provide compassionate, personalized care in the home.  Our skilled staff improve lives by providing care for our patients wherever they call home.  We are focused on caring for patients recovering from injuries, living with a chronic illness, and other medical needs.

The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs home health and hospice services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

If you are comfortable in a controlled environment such as a clinic or hospital, Home Health might not be for you. The environment changes daily from home to home and comes with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. Our Registered Nurses thrive in this environment and genuinely enjoy getting to know the people in their towns.

On call shifts are for hospice clients only

We're excited to announce the implementation of **Intellatriage**, a cutting-edge technology that helps us manage call volume efficiently, freeing up your time and allowing you to focus on what matters most.

Intellatriage** streamlines our call handling process, ensuring that urgent calls are addressed promptly while less critical calls are handled effectively and efficiently.

This means:

*Reduced call volume:  You'll spend less time on the phone and more time on your core responsibilities.
*Improved efficiency:  Intellatriage helps us prioritize calls, ensuring that the most important ones are addressed first.
*Enhanced work-life balance:  With less time spent on calls, you'll have more time for yourself, your family, and your personal pursuits.

We understand that everyone has different needs and priorities. We offer flexible work arrangements, including autonomy  and flexible hours, to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.
