Pain Management procedures
Vascular
Neurosurgery
Thoracic Surgery
Cardiac Surgery
Ophthalmology
Demonstrates ability to serve as a
preceptor and role model for new Surgical
Technologist staff and Surgical
Technologist students during their clinical
rotations. Demonstrates ability to work
within a decentralized model of patient
care delivery. Demonstrates a caring
compassionate attitude toward others.
Demonstrates ability to organize and
prioritize work efficiently. Demonstrates
ability to work in a stressful environment
while remaining calm, efficient and
focused. Demonstrates ability to
communicate clearly, concisely and
accurately both in oral and written English
skills. Demonstrates ability and
willingness to actively participate in
continuing education programs, unit based
task forces and committees. Seeks
