Responsibilities

This position assists with planning, coordination, scheduling, and conducting various healthcare-related educational and training programs. The incumbent may participate in the operations of an American Heart Association training center for the provision of Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR), and other entrylevel healthcare programs and provides direct coordination and/or instruction in various other courses and programs offered by Dignity Health.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as healthcare clinician in a clinical care setting
  • Current California licensure and/or certification as an entry-level healthcare provider (i.e., CAN, HHA, MA), and/or any other appropriate allied healthcare provider designation is required
  • Instructor certifications in courses such as BLS (CPR) and other programs offered by Dignity health may be required and must be obtained before providing instruction in the discipline

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree in health related field or education
