Take the lead in supporting life-saving diagnostic care by joining our Laboratory team at St. Bernardine Medical Center. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Specimen Management Supervisor to oversee the critical pre-analytical phases of laboratory operations, including phlebotomy, specimen processing, and send-out services.
In this leadership role, you will guide a skilled team of professionals to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality specimen handling. Your collaborative spirit and commitment to operational excellence will help advance efficient care coordination across departments, supporting fast and reliable diagnostic results for our patients.

5 years phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory with High School Diploma/GED
3 years phlebotomy experience preferred with Associate or Bachelor degree in a biological science
