Located in the Phoenix, Ariz., suburb of Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 338-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,500 employees and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Responsibilities

At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center, we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health, social and support services in the heart of Chandler, Arizona. As part of our team, you will provide clinical expertise, support and oversight that helps ensure our Surgery patients receive exceptional care. Level One Trauma Center, 1:1 or 1:2 Nurse Ratio, Staffed 24x7 by certified Intensivist, Shared Governance (house wide and unit based), Opportunity for growth & ability to cross train within ICU (Trauma, Neuro, Surgical, Medical, CVICU), 32 Medical / Surgical Beds, 17 Trauma Beds, 5 CVICU Beds, State of the Art equipment, Self-Scheduling. Responsibilities may include:

  •  Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.

 

Qualifications

Minimum:  

  • One (1) year RN experience within applicable clinical specialty.
  • ADN, Diploma, or foreign equivalent.
  • Current AZ State RN License in good standing.
  • Current BLS healthcare provider card.
  • Current ACLS card must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Preferred:  

  • Bachelors of Nursing Degree.
