We are seeking a dynamic and experienced physician executive as Chief Medical Officer /Vice President of Medical Operations to lead our hospital's continuing emphasis on high-value, safe patient care. This critical leadership role will oversee all aspects of physician performance, quality, and clinical integration, ensuring we deliver care that is high-value (cost, quality, and patient experience) across the continuum. The VP Medical Operations will provide the clinical, operational, strategic, and cultural leadership necessary to achieve this vision. This will be accomplished through the implementation of key strategic and operational initiatives that maximize clinical operations, improve clinician alignment and satisfaction, and lead evidence-based programs, practices, and activities. Success in this role will be measured by tangible improvements in key outcome measures, including quality of care, patient safety, improved efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
