Overview

As our Monitor Tech at CHI St Vincent, you’ll play a key role in patient care by helping our cardiac teams monitor heartbeat patterns on electrocardiograph monitors.

CHI St Vincent Infirmary is a 600 bed faith-based, non-profit, acute care facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. Our level II trauma center is a regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, behavioral health, cancer care, neurosciences, and other specialties. Responsibilities

  • Monitor heart rhythms and document on rhythm strips
  • Alert clinical personnel when you notice changes and arrhythmias
  • Ensure monitors are functioning properly

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED Required
  • Previous experience as Monitor Technician strongly preferred
