Project Manager

The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways. The Project Manager leads internal teams/task forces on enterprise wide projects. Responsible for planning, executing and managing multiple and/or large projects according to pre-determined timelines and budgets; assigning the project teams; building project plans; reporting status to the client and internal teams; and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3 years working in Project Management
- Experience overseeing multiple projects across all lines of business.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in the development, planning and execution of project plans.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Process improvement and/or experience working with project management tools (Microsoft Project, TCM, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred.
- 3 years healthcare experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field preferred.
- Project Management Professions (PMP) certification preferred. Agile, SCRUM, or Black Belt certification preferred.
