The Home Health nurse demonstrates competency in patient care for neonate, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.

Minimum: 

• Associates Degree in Nursing (or a higher level of nursing education)
• Current California RN license 
• Two (2) years of Med/Surg/Tele or ICU nursing experience within the past 3 years, or one year Home Health nursing experience within the past 3 years.
• Must have current auto insurance coverage, a California Drivers License and a BLS (AHA endorsed) certification

Preferred qualifications: 

• Home Health nursing experience
• BSN degree
• Public Health certificate
