The incumbent, as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, provides the following services to patients and/or families: psychosocial assessment,crisis intervention, counseling, exploration of effective coping skills, crisis intervention, education, and coordination of the patients progress through the continuum of care. In addition, the incumbent provides education, consultation and support to hospital staff.

Requried:

• Master's Degree from a School of Social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
• At least one year of clinical and/or medical social work experience required
