Responsibilities

The Continuing Medical Education (CME) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Medical Staff Office in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of CME activities. This role assists in ensuring that all CME activities meet accreditation standards and support the professional development of physicians and other healthcare providers. The CME Coordinator will work closely with the [Medical Staff Office, CME Committee, or other relevant group] to identify educational needs, develop engaging programs, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred.
  • Experience in continuing medical education (CME) preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Software Platform and Tools, Google  Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
  • Ability to learn and use new software and technology.
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards for CME a plus. 
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
