Overview:
The President, Physician Enterprise of the Market reports to the System SVP of PE Region with a dotted line report to the System SVP of PE COO. This position is responsible for strategy, IDN growth, and operational performance of the
Physician Enterprise (PE) in the Market, grounded in the mission and vision of CommonSpirit Health and delivering on its Market-specific strategic, operational and clinical priorities. Leader is responsible for driving engagement, buy-in, and
alignment with market strategic growth and ensuring operational success through partnerships with key National, Region and Market stakeholders. This role oversees all market-level provider planning and physician and advanced practice alignment strategies regardless of alignment type while being accountable for the development of the employed Physician Enterprise. Together these components will form an organized, well-managed integrated delivery network (IDN) providing high quality clinical care and Humankindness while ensuring the effective implementation of systems, processes and standards that support both the health system’s employed providers, both clinic and hospital based, as well as, the aligned providers. As a leader with extensive experience working with large health systems, they will report directly to the PE Region Leader, dotted line report to the PE COO, and partner with the Market President, including participation in their executive cabinet and one of the key executives responsible for the growth of the market.
