Overview

The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways. Responsibilities

The Program Manager Business Operations and Strategic Initiatives is responsible for the project development life cycles for several key initiatives and will report to the VP or Operations. The role will also work closely with the Executive Team, who serve as Executive Sponsors of key projects. Partners with senior faculty, administration leadership, and strategy colleagues collaborating on strategy development and annual planning across the enterprise. The position will work closely with the VP of Operations for the MSO to grow program offerings and help achieve a competitive advantage within our services lines. The Program Manager will help drive tactical plans and manage projects and scopes through to completion. Provide accurate and timely information to management by providing opportunity identification, information sources and analyses. Over the next several years will partner with executive team on consistent transformational plans, there will be several critical projects that will drive financial and programmatic results. These projects will require integration of tasks across functional areas, clear business requirements and timelines, and regular status updates. The Program Manager will manage all aspects of various developmental projects of a complex nature and/or medium size initiatives by assembling the needed stakeholders, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects and reporting to project sponsors within the PMO, the project team, and the Executive Team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three to five years executive healthcare administration related experience required.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management preferred.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
