Responsibilities

Program Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of the assigned program through knowledge of the strategic plan goals and by providing administrative leadership in planning, organizing and implementing programs.


ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Translation/Interpretation Language(s): Spanish or Arabic

2. Coordinates departmental activities
3. Secures confidential information (electronic or hardcopy) and Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
4. Receive and respond to all requests for information regarding program.
5. Assists the program to coordinate meetings, projects, trainings
6. Communicates information regarding conferences, events, and meetings in a timely manner
7. Maintain and develop policies and procedures within the department
8. Prepare official correspondence for program
9. Maintain database if necessary.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Associate's Degree
  • Two (2) years of related work experience.
  • Translation/Interpretation Language(s): Spanish or Arabic

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

  • Knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to organize activities and events, set priorities, and make good judgment decisions in a professional and business environment.
