Dignity Health Advanced Imaging, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, provides cutting-edge diagnostic imaging services at 23 locations across Redding, Santa Cruz, Sacramento, Woodland. Our team of 160 staff members work with our specialty trained and board certified radiologists to provide high quality care to our patients. The locations perform more than 175,000 exams annually with the goal of providing top quality imaging, compassionate care, and timely service with a smile.

Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, performs a variety of moderately complex administrative duties, requiring a degree of discretion, judgment, and initiative. Normally receives little instruction on daily work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Assignments likely involve work of a confidential or proprietary nature and require knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function. Has substantial understanding of the job, and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of work related administrative experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, (GED).
  • Strong working knowledge of computers word processing and electronic spreadsheet software and databases.
    Must be willing to learn other software systems. Remains current with changing technology. Typing proficiency of 50 wpm may be required. Strong knowledge of general office practices, standard filing procedures, telephone etiquette, and standard office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of college level courses preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
